Coriander is grown outdoors as a green leaf herb for Asian dishes and is harvested at a height of 10-20cm. Coriander is a herb that divides the waters - either you love it or you hate it. Here at Lindelyst we love coriander and eat it in many different kinds of dishes.
If you do not harvest the plant for its leafs, it grows to a height of 30-50cm with small and delicate white flower umbels, which is the traditional coriander spice.
