Payment and Shipping

Who can buy Lindelysts products?
Unfortunately, I currently only sell seeds etc. to private customers in Denmark.

How long does the shipping take?
When you order seeds from Lindelyst, you have 2 options:

1) Pick up the seeds at our address
You are always welcome to pick up your seeds at our premises at Tornbjergvej 20, 4130 Viby Sj. Write in the comment at checkout when you want pickup, and I will contact you by phone or text.

2) Have the seeds sent by PostNord with regular mail
I send most seeds by regular mail. It works pretty well, but you have to be aware of the long delivery times.
You should allow 1-3 working days for the seeds to be dispatched (I always endeavour to get them out as quickly as possible) and then 5 working days (So excluding Saturday and Sunday) for PostNord. Therefore a delivery can take up to a couple of weeks to arrive.

If it is really urgent to get your package, please contact me by phone or SMS so that we can discuss whether it can be done by the desired date.

About shipping in general
When shipping, I always aim to get your order out within 1-3 business days. You can assume this as a general rule. There may be times when the busyness means that it can take up to 5 working days.
Fortunately, I very rarely experience letters disappearing in the post, but unfortunately it can happen. If this happens, I will of course send the goods again. However, I do this only after 10 working days from sending the letter, as PostNord in about 5% of their shipments do not meet their expected delivery time.

As a rule, all shipments are sent with redistribution to your private residence and all shipments can be delivered through a letterbox. Remember to check your mailbox regularly.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Pick-up: 0kr
  • Ordinary letter: 30kr including postage and packaging
  • For orders over 400kr, the shipping fee is waived (I pay it) and your package will be sent by ordinary letter.

How are the seeds shipped?
When I send your ordered goods, I use recycled packaging as much as possible, so you will see recycled envelopes, cardboard boxes, etc. Your seeds are packed in small ziplock plastic bags to protect them from water and moisture. Therefore, they are usually just packed in a regular envelope for shipping.

What if my goods are damaged on arrival?
If you find that your item has been damaged in transit, please contact me immediately and within 24 hours of receipt. Remember to take pictures of the envelope and its contents

Can I cancel my purchase?
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days - counted from the day you receive the item - please notify me. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item is received back and accepted, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must pay for the return of the item.

Which payment methods are available?
At Lindelyst, payment can be made by Dankort, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay and Google Pay. Unfortunately, for technical reasons, we do not offer payment by cash or mobile pay at the moment, but we hope that this will be possible in the future.
