The golden marguerite is an old Danish familiar, which you can also find in the wild in Denmark. Its survival instinct and insect-friendliness make it ideal for "vild-med-vilje" gardens, where it shines with its beautiful yellow colour and its impressive height and flowering.
The plant is traditionally used for dyeing, as the flowers contain large amounts of warm yellow colour - This I have not yet tried myself. If the flowers are pinched off continuously, the flowering is prolonged.
