Forget-me-not is one of the most beautiful flowers in my garden because of the light blue shades of the petals. The color of the flower can vary depending on the soil and the flowers can even take on shades of pink. For me, however, they are only light blue and I love that color! The flowers are very small, but there are a lot of them and their floating light heads look beautiful in combination with other flowers in a flower bed. The forget-me-not can grow up to 40cm wide if it doesn't have to fight with other plants for space. If it grows in grass or tall weeds, the plant typically produces only a few flowers.
Forget-me-not is a must-have for those who love flower gardens and can be used as a ground cover plant, border plant and of course on its own in a beautiful flower bed. Oh yes, and the small flowers can also be eaten in salads and on sandwiches, so this flower can do a little bit of everything.
