Garden cosmos is one of my personal favourites because it flowers for 5 months straight without losing its elegance and colour. The first flowers open in June and it doesn't stop flowering until the first frost sets in. Garden cosmos is a rather tall plant with a wealth of beautiful colourful flowers and a bushy growth. Moreover, cosmos is a favourite with many because it is easy to grow and requires very little attention, and because its flowers can be harvested for large country bouquets all summer long.
Tip: If you sow garden cosmos in a group or row, it will look like a flowering shrub with many different colored flowers.
