Fox-and-cubs is a native species that we can also find wild in the Danish nature. Today it can be found in many gardens because its beautiful orange-red flowers look like small suns and the plant continues to flower all summer long. The plant itself is only a few centimeters tall, but it produces stems of up to 40cm with 2-6 elegant flowers per stem. Fox-and-cubs is very popular with bees and insects.
Fox-and-cubs propagates via aboveground roots or by shedding seeds but can easily be removed where you don't want it.
